Women in Craft: A Conversation with Women in Beverage

  • Saint Lou's Assembly 664 West Lake Street Chicago, IL, 60661 United States (map)

The impact of women in beverage will be in full force at Saint Lou’s Assembly on Thursday, March 29 as we host an all-female panel discussion with some of Chicago’s most badass beverage producers. Emma Janzen, Digital Content Editor for Imbibe Magazine and James Beard Foundation nominee for her book, Mezcal: The History, Craft & Cocktails of the World's Ultimate Artisanal Spirit, will lead the conversation and focus on what it’s like to be a woman in the beverage world, whether that be beer, wine, spirits or champagne.

Panelists include Michelle Foik (owner) and Hayley Shine (head brewer) of Eris Brewery and Cider House, Caroline Schrader (assistant winemaker) of City Winery Chicago, Jenny Solberg-Katzman (co-founder) of RHINE HALL, and others. Stay tuned for the full line-up! Each ticket includes a specialty cocktail and small bites from Saint Lou's Assembly.
